Introduction📖

Cannabis Sativa plants grow wild throughout most of the tropical and temperate zones of the world, which are commonly known as "marijuana", "hash", "weed" (草), "420" and "pot" (大麻煙). In some regions, they are also called “牛” or “花”.

Different forms of cannabis?🤔

Herbal cannabis: Corollas (flowering tops) of cannabis plants have high concentration of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is a biologically active agent. Herbal cannabis is produced by drying the leaves for several days, and maintain its potency for several years.

Cannabis resin: The active ingredient can be concentrated by extracting a sticky resin from the corollas and once dried, the resin becomes hard black-brown lumps.

Cannabis oil: Further refine the cannabis resin to produce the most potent form of cannabis - cannabis oil, which is rarely available.

Any harms to health after abusing?🤢

Cannabis shows effects after abusing for 30 to 60 minutes, lasting for 1 to 4 hours. Many negative effects will be induced:

Short-term:

😵Intoxication, with disturbed consciousness, cognition, perception, affect or behaviour, and psychophysiological functions

😵‍💫Relaxed state with hallucinations

🤖Clumsy and slow reactions

🤓More vivid senses of sight, smell, taste and touch
